Extra Virgin from Biological farming in observance of Reg. the CEE 2092/91, certified from CODEX srl, obtained from the press of two cultivar, the Ogliarola of Lecce and the Cellina of Nardò, harvest directly from the plant without to touch the ground, in equal amounts like the second half of November. The type of harvest blend of these two wonderful variety of olives a golden with green emerald reflect coloration, an unmistakable taste, velvety of light yielded notes.
