EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL CLASSICO

Olive Oil of advanced category, obtained directly from the olives and only by means of mechanical procedures. The "Montevergine CLASSICO" is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of large value that is born from the selection of our best production.

The three more representative varieties of Salento, the Ogliarola of Lecce, the Cellina of Nardò and the Leccina, harvest and pressed together in the first half of November, give life to an Oil from the unmistakable features: the reflect green emerald of the Ogliarola, the yielded taste of the Leccina, the delicacy of the Cellina. Ideal for the condiment of grilled of fish, salad, bruschette and cooked food like pulses and vegetables.
